Você vai atuar em uma empresa em crescimento, com time enxuto, direto ao ponto e aberto a ideias. Aqui, suas sugestões realmente viram ação e você acompanha de perto o impacto do seu trabalho nas vendas.

  • Cadastrar e atualizar produtos (descrições, fotos, preços, categorias).
  • Apoiar na gestão de pedidos: conferência, status e alinhamento com logística.
  • Acompanhar dúvidas de clientes em canais digitais, junto ao time de atendimento.
  • Ajudar na organização de campanhas, promoções e cupons.
  • Monitorar estoque no sistema e sinalizar rupturas.
  • Gerar relatórios simples de vendas e performance de produtos.
  • Apoiar na melhoria contínua da experiência do usuário no site.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em rotina administrativa, vendas online ou atendimento digital.
  • Noções básicas de ecommerce ou marketplaces (ex.: Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
  • Domínio de Excel/Planilhas (filtros, PROCV básico, tabelas simples).
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e boa comunicação escrita.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo de trabalho definido pela empresa (presencial/híbrido/remoto).

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência anterior como Assistente de Ecommerce, Loja Virtual ou similar.
  • Vivência com plataformas de ecommerce (ex.: VTEX, Nuvemshop, Tray, Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Noções de SEO para descrição de produtos.
  • Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de atendimento (ex.: WhatsApp Business, Zendesk, RD Station, etc.).
  • Interesse em crescer na área de Ecommerce, Marketing Digital ou Operações.
