Você vai representar nossas marcas diretamente nos pontos de venda, garantindo exposição perfeita dos produtos e ajudando o time comercial a bater metas. Aqui, seu trabalho aparece nas gôndolas, nas vendas e no relacionamento com o cliente.

  • Abastecer e organizar gôndolas, ilhas e pontos extras.
  • Garantir precificação correta e materiais de merchandising atualizados.
  • Negociar espaços e pontos extras com responsáveis da loja.
  • Monitorar ruptura, validade e giro dos produtos.
  • Aplicar checklists e enviar relatórios/fotos via app.
  • Apoiar ações promocionais, degustações e campanhas.
  • Construir bom relacionamento com equipes dos PDVs.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como promotor(a) de vendas, repositor(a) ou atendimento em varejo.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho externo, visitas a múltiplos PDVs.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e foco em resultados.
  • Capacidade física para reposição e organização de produtos.
  • Celular com acesso à internet para uso de aplicativos de rota e relatório.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com merchandising em supermercados, atacarejos ou farmácias.
  • Conhecimento em exposição por planograma e ponto extra.
  • Vivência com metas de sell-out e indicadores de PDV.
  • CNH ativa e facilidade de locomoção entre lojas.
  • Já ter atuado com grandes marcas de bens de consumo.
