Gosta de estar em movimento, falar com pessoas e ver resultados rápidos do seu trabalho? Como Promotor(a) de Vendas, você será a cara da marca dentro dos pontos de venda, garantindo exposição perfeita e aumento real nas vendas.

Você vai atuar em lojas parceiras, construindo relacionamento com equipes de loja, organizando produtos e influenciando a decisão de compra do cliente final.

  • Abastecer gôndolas, ilhas e pontos extras conforme planograma.
  • Garantir precificação correta e materiais de merchandising atualizados.
  • Negociar espaços e pontos extras com gerentes/encarregados de loja.
  • Monitorar ruptura, validade e giro de produtos, sinalizando necessidades de pedido.
  • Realizar ações de degustação/demonstração quando necessário.
  • Coletar informações de concorrência e reportar via sistema/app.
  • Registrar visitas com fotos e checklists, seguindo o roteiro de lojas.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como promotor(a) de vendas, repositor(a) ou atendimento em varejo.
  • Facilidade de comunicação e bom relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Organização, disciplina com rotas e cumprimento de rotina.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho externo, visitas diárias a diferentes PDVs.
  • Celular com acesso à internet para uso de aplicativos de relatório.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com grandes redes de varejo/supermercados.
  • Vivência com merchandising, exposição e negociação de pontos extras.
  • Conhecimento básico em relatórios e indicadores de vendas.
  • Veículo próprio ou fácil deslocamento entre bairros/cidades.
