Missão da posição:

Atuar como referência técnica em controladoria industrial, garantindo a confiabilidade das informações financeiras, análise de custos, orçamento, forecast e resultados da planta. Responsável por apoiar a gestão na tomada de decisão por meio de análises financeiras, estudos de viabilidade e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria de desempenho e eficiência operacional.

Responsabilidades e Atividades Principais:

  • Conduzir o processo de elaboração, acompanhamento e revisão do orçamento anual e dos forecasts periódicos.
  • Realizar análises de custos industriais, variações de produção, despesas operacionais e rentabilidade.
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar indicadores financeiros e operacionais da planta.
  • Consolidar e analisar resultados mensais, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas.
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentações executivas para a liderança local e corporativa.
  • Apoiar estudos de viabilidade econômica, projetos de investimentos (CAPEX) e iniciativas de redução de custos.
  • Realizar análises de produtividade, eficiência operacional, absorção de custos e margens.
  • Atuar como parceiro de negócios das áreas operacionais, fornecendo suporte analítico para decisões estratégicas.
  • Garantir a aderência aos controles internos, políticas corporativas e requisitos de auditoria.
  • Suportar auditorias internas e externas por meio da preparação e disponibilização de informações e análises.
  • Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais utilizando ferramentas de BI.
  • Identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria contínua dos processos financeiros e de controladoria.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência em Controladoria industrial
  • Vivência em análise de custos, orçamento, forecast e fechamento gerencial.
  • Planejamento orçamentário e forecast.
  • Análises financeiras e modelagem de cenários.
  • Indicadores financeiros e operacionais.
  • Excel avançado.
  • Power BI.
  • ERP SAP ou similares.
  • Conhecimentos contábeis e financeiros.

Formação Acadêmica:

  • Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pós-graduação desejável MBA ou Pós-graduação em Controladoria, Finanças ou Gestão Empresarial.
