Sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Direktionsgebäude täglich reibungslos funktionieren. In dieser vielseitigen Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für den Gebäudeunterhalt, die Gebäudereinigung, die Sicherheit sowie die Organisation eines engagierten Teams und leisten damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einem funktionierenden Verwaltungsbetrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Gebäudeunterhalt, Gebäudereinigung und den Betrieb der haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Planen und Koordinieren von Umbauten, Umzügen sowie Unterhalts\- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Führung und Organisation der Reinigungsgruppe sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe
  • Bewirtschaften von Schliessanlagen, Inventar, Wartungsverträgen sowie Material und Budget
  • Sicherstellen der Arbeitssicherheit, des Brandschutzes und der Sicherheitsorganisation

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im Facility Management von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Gebäudeunterhalt, Hausdienst oder Facility Management
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie Erfahrung in der Koordination von Unterhalts\-, Bau\- und Sicherheitsaufgaben
  • Kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse der MS\-Office\-Palette
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf zusätzliche Aufgaben in der administrativen und organisatorischen Unterstützung zu übernehmen, sowie entsprechende organisatorische Fähigkeiten sind von Vorteil
  • Deutsch und/oder ösisch auf Niveau C1; Italienisch, Spanisch von Vorteil
