**Aufgaben**

* Sie gewährleisten einen gepflegten Service im Speisesaal sowie im öffentlichen Restaurant und erfüllen alle damit verbundenen Arbeiten und Aufgaben nach Weisung der Vorgesetzten. * Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Bewohnenden und Gäste. * Sie sorgen für ein schönes Ambiente und ein angenehmes Klima im Speisesaal und tragen damit wesentlich zur Lebensqualität unserer Bewohnenden bei. * Sie halten die Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien sowie die Arbeitssicherheit ein. * Sie helfen mit bei der Organisation und Umsetzung von Anlässen.

**Profil**

* Freude am Kontakt mit Bewohnenden, Leidenschaft für den Beruf, hohe Qualitätsansprüche sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Service, vorzugsweise in der Umgebung von alten Menschen * Abgeschossene Ausbildung als Praktiker\*in Hauswirtschaft-Hotellerie EBA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von Vorteil * Teamfähigkeit, Sorgfalt und Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse * Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenenddiensten
