Wir suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Hotelempfang 1 Rezeptionist:in für unseren Hotelempfang in Vollzeit und Teilzeit (all genders) Was gibt es zu tun?

Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:

* Sie repräsentieren unser Haus und empfangen unsere Gäste freundlich sowie kompetent

* Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Check-In und Check-Out unserer Gäste

* Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson und Anlaufstelle am Empfang für unsere Gäste, Mitarbeiter und Partner

* Sie betreuen und kümmern sich mit höchster Professionalität um unsere Gäste und stehen Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

* Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und stellen einen reibungslosen Service sicher, sodass sich unsere Gäste bei uns gut betreut und wohlfühlen

* Sie übernehmen die schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit unseren Gästen

* Sie erledigen administrative Tätigkeiten, beantworten E-Mails und telefonische Anfragen oder leiten diese weiter

* haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie

* haben Freude an abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten

* schätzen den persönlichen Kontakt mit Gästen und im Team in Ihrem beruflichen Alltag

* kommunizieren gerne und sicher - nicht nur auf Deutsch, sondern auch auf Englisch

* arbeiten selbständig und eigenverantwortlich - natürlich nach einer umfangreichen Einschulung

* sind diskret und vertrauenswürdig

* stellen stets den Gast in den Mittelpunkt
