Vi söker nu en praktikant inom HR & rekrytering som vill vara med och bygga, testa och utveckla tillsammans med oss.

Vi är ett relativt nytt bolag i tillväxt, vilket betyder att du kommer in i ett skede där vi fortfarande jobbar fram vissa delar och koncept. Det är inte alltid helt klart hur allt ska göras – men vi lär oss och gör det tillsammans.

Du kommer bland annat att få:

  • Vara delaktig i rekryteringsprocesser – från kravprofil till tillsättning
  • Stötta i search, urval och kandidatdialog
  • Delta i intervjuer och få förståelse för kompetensbaserad rekrytering
  • Vara med och utveckla våra arbetssätt inom HR och rekrytering
  • Få insyn i hur HR kan stötta verksamhet och affär

Du får jobba i ett team som hejar på varandra, vågar testa nytt och tror på att lärande sker bäst genom att få göra saker på riktigt.

Vi värdesätter människor som är nyfikna, strukturerade och gillar att tänka nytt – även om det ibland blir lite snett först. Det är så vi lär oss!

Vem vi tror att du är

  • Du pluggar HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap eller liknande (t.ex. YH, IHM, Sälj- & Marknadshögskolan)
  • Du är nyfiken på rekrytering och hur organisationer fungerar
  • Du gillar att arbeta strukturerat och möta människor
  • Du tar gärna egna initiativ och vill utvecklas i din roll
  • Du trivs i en miljö där du får ta ansvar och vara med på riktigt

Praktiskt

📍 Kontoret ligger i Göteborg där vi gärna ses LIA-period: Våren 2027 (enligt ditt upplägg)
