  • Unterstützung der Qualitätssicherung bei der Pflege und Verwaltung qualitätsrelevanter Dokumente
  • Prüfung von Dokumentationen auf Vollständigkeit und formale Nachvollziehbarkeit
  • Archivierung von qualitätsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenlisten
  • Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Änderungsanzeigen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten im QA-Umfeld
  • Sorgfältiger Umgang mit sensiblen Dokumenten in einem GMP-regulierten Arbeitsumfeld

Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Naturwissenschaften, Life Sciences, Biologie, Biotechnologie, Pharmazie oder in einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an einer Tätigkeit mit Schwerpunkt Dokumentenpflege, Organisation und formaler Genauigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Fähigkeit, sich schnell in vorgegebene Abläufe einzuarbeiten
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Verfügbarkeit an 2 bis 3 Tagen pro Woche
  • GMP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
