Aufgaben

  • GMP-gerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation analytischer Prüfungen an In-Prozesskontrollproben sowie Zwischen- und Endprodukten
  • Eigenständige Arbeit mit Bakterien- und Phagenkulturen inkl. sterilem Arbeiten
  • Identifizierungs-/Charakterisierungsaufgaben (z.B. API-Test; je nach Einsatz PCR/Elektrophorese)
  • Mitarbeit bei Etablierung und Validierung von Analysemethoden inkl. Auswertung/Reporting
  • Datenmanagement und Probenverwaltung mit LIMS und elektronischem Probenmanagementsystem
  • Umgang mit analytischen Geräten
  • Erstellung/Prüfung von Arbeitsanweisungen, Prüfunterlagen, Protokollen
  • Materialmanagement im Labor (z.B. Bestellung von Reagenzien/Verbrauchsmaterial)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als BTA/CTA/MTA/PTA oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Laborpraxis im Bereich Qualitätskontrolle in der pharmazeutischen/biotechnologischen Industrie, idealerweise im GMP- oder GLP-Umfeld
  • Sicher in mikrobiologischen Standardmethoden (z.B. Kultivierung von Bakterien, DNA-Isolation, Mikroskopie) und sterilem Arbeiten
  • Offen für digitale Laborprozesse (elektronische Probenverwaltungssysteme und LIMS/Laborsoftware) sowie deren Administration
  • Fähigkeit zur Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen und Berücksichtigung übergreifender Zusammenhänge
  • Dokumentationsstark und strukturiert, sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise
