What You’ll Do

As a Field Specialist, you’ll be the face of HomeCloud in the field and responsible for home data collection. You’ll visit homes in the North-Metro Atlanta area to gather critical data and create a digital record of properties. Using company-provided testing equipment, you will capture a series of photos/videos and collect a variety of data. This will require you to regularly access and go into attic and crawl spaces. From taking photos and videos to collecting essential home details, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping how homeowners and buyers view their spaces.

  • Travel to residential properties to capture photos, videos, and detailed data.
  • Explore all parts of a home, including attics and crawl spaces, to ensure thorough documentation.
  • Use our intuitive mobile app to record information quickly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with our team to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide a positive and professional experience to every homeowner and agent you meet.

What You'll Bring

  • Detail-Oriented: You can follow step-by-step instructions and pride yourself on precision.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with using a smartphone (iPhone 12 or newer required).

Basic Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
  • Physically Capable: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, entering tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Experience in hands-on roles preferred (e.g., home services, handyman, appraiser, inspector, general contractor).
  • Knowledge of home systems and features is preferred.
