İç Kontrol ve Risk müdürü, Midas’ın faaliyetlerinde riskleri minimize etmek ve şirketin güvenilirliğini artırmak için kritik bir rol oynayacaktır. Bu pozisyon, iç kontrol ve risk faaliyetleri ile operasyonel süreçlerin güvence altına alınması ve iyileştirilmesini sağlayarak Midas’ın büyüme hedeflerine katkıda bulunmayı amaçlar.

Ana Sorumluluklar

  • Şirketin iç kontrol çerçevesini tasarlamak, geliştirmek ve etkin şekilde uygulanmasını sağlamak.
  • Tüm iş süreçlerini iç kontrol bakış açısıyla değerlendirerek kontrol eksikliklerini belirlemek ve iyileştirme aksiyonlarını yönetmek.
  • Risk bazlı kontrol planlarını oluşturmak, kontrol testlerini yürütmek ve sonuçlarını üst yönetime raporlamak.
  • Yeni ürün, süreç ve projelerde gerekli kontrol mekanizmalarının tasarlanmasına liderlik etmek.
  • Operasyonel, finansal ve uyum risklerinin değerlendirilmesini desteklemek; kritik risklere yönelik aksiyonların takibini yapmak.
  • İç ve dış denetim süreçlerini koordine etmek, denetim bulgularının zamanında kapatılmasını sağlamak.
  • Politika, prosedür ve kontrol dokümantasyonunun oluşturulması ve güncel tutulmasını yönetmek.
  • BDDK, TCMB, MASAK ve diğer ilgili düzenleyici otoritelerin gerekliliklerine uygun kontrol yapılarının sürdürülmesini sağlamak.
  • İş birimlerine iç kontrol konusunda rehberlik etmek ve şirket genelinde güçlü bir kontrol kültürü oluşturmak.

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Tercihen bankacılık, ödeme kuruluşu, elektronik para veya fintech sektöründe 7+ yıl deneyime sahip.
  • İç kontrol alanında güçlü bilgi birikimine sahip; tercihen ekip yönetmiş veya fonksiyon sahipliği yapmış.
  • COSO ve iç kontrol metodolojilerine hakim; süreç tasarımı, kontrol geliştirme ve kontrol testleri konusunda uygulama deneyimi bulunan.
  • Regülasyon odaklı çalışan; BDDK, TCMB ve MASAK düzenlemeleri hakkında bilgi sahibi.
  • İç denetim, risk yönetimi, uyum ve operasyon ekipleriyle yakın çalışmış.
  • Süreç iyileştirme, problem çözme ve analitik düşünme becerileri güçlü.
  • Farklı paydaşları etkili şekilde yönetebilen, güçlü iletişim ve koordinasyon becerilerine sahip.
