En Getnet, estamos buscando una persona para la vacante de Analista de Marketing y CX para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marketing.

📌Lo que harás

  • Gestionar iniciativas de Marketing y Customer Experience a lo largo del ciclo de vida del cliente, incluyendo onboarding, adopción, fidelización, reactivación y satisfacción.
  • Gestionar campañas, automatizaciones y customer journeys de CRM, desde la segmentación y ejecución hasta el análisis de resultados y optimización.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores de Marketing y CX, identificando oportunidades de mejora y coordinando planes de acción con las áreas involucradas.
  • Ejecutar campañas de awareness, generación de demanda y lanzamientos de productos y funcionalidades, coordinando comunicaciones, materiales y acciones de apoyo comercial.
  • Gestionar contenidos, comunicaciones y materiales de marca, incluyendo canales digitales, autogestión, comunicación corporativa, interna y reputación.
  • Gestionar agencias, proveedores y eventos, coordinando briefs, entregables, cronogramas, presupuesto, materiales y resultados.
  • Gestionar proyectos transversales de Marketing y Customer Experience de punta a punta, articulando las áreas involucradas y asegurando el cumplimiento de entregables, plazos y objetivos.

✅ Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Carrera de grado finalizada, se valorará Post grado y/o Maestría.
  • Experiencia en analisis de datos, KPIs y herramientas de eporting (Excel, BI, dashboards).
  • Gestión de proyectos, agencias y proveedores.
  • Experiencia en Marketing digital y campañas de generación de demanda.
  • Conocimientos en CRM, automatizaciones y gestión del ciclo de vida del cliente.
