En Getnet buscamos un/a Payment Performance Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en Madrid, España.

Tu objetivo será gestionar la performance y costos del procesamiento de e-commerce de las principales cuentas globales de Getnet, hablando con los clientes y trasladando sus inquietudes dentro de la compañía para ampliar negocios conjuntos así como el relacionamiento con emisores para mejora de tasas de aprobación

📌 ¿Qué harás?

  • Analizarás datos transaccionales de grandes clientes para evaluar factores determinantes para mejorar la perfomance.
  • Trabajarás junto al equipo de Servicios Profesionales, Producto e Integraciones para evaluar mejorías técnicas.
  • Liderarás proyectos de mejora de tasa de autorización u optimización de costos en los mercados donde Getnet tiene operaciones
  • Serás la persona referente de performance en la región, liderando la gestión de incidencias, problemas, continuidad operativa, recuperación ante desastres, copias de seguridad y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Promoverás la adopción de capacidades de automatización e inteligencia artificial para optimizar procesos operativos, mejorar la eficiencia y acelerar la resolución de incidencias.

✅ Lo que buscamos

  • Que tengas más de 4 años de experiencia en un rol similar dentro de compañías de datos en áreas como prevención de fraude, performance optimización, producto.

⭐ Lo que te dará puntos extra

  • Conocimiento del mundo de medios de pago Capacidad de procesamiento de datos (SQL, Python, uso de Databricks).
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) Idiomas: Español e Inglés. Portugués recomendable.
