QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Gestión operativa de los clientes más importantes en términos de volumen e ingresos afianzando relaciones duraderas. Maximizar la rentabilidad de estos en base a la confianza, a la calidad de servicio y a la propuesta de soluciones que encajen con las necesidades del cliente.

  • Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:
  • Consultas de clientes y resolución de incidencias.
  • Creación de procesos y procedimientos
  • Implementación de nuevos clientes.
  • Dar formaciones y/o asesoramiento a los clientes
  • Liderar proyectos y/o participar en ellos activamente.
  • Reporting

EXPERIENCIA

  • 3-5 años Ejecutivo de cuentas

EDUCACIÓN

  • Grado/Formación universitaria

IDIOMAS

  • Inglés: B2+

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Experiencia en medios de pago(Adquirencia)
  • Conocimiento de Redsys y sus herramientas
  • Habilidades en gestión con clientes
  • Dotes comunicativas y de persuasión
  • Resolución de conflictos o problemas
  • Carácter proactivo
