Was du tun wirst

Du übernimmst unsere finanzielle Hausverwaltung und sorgst dafür, dass alles sauber läuft:

  • Pflege und Vorbereitung unserer Buchhaltung in DATEV — Kreditoren, Debitoren, Bankabstimmung, alles was dazugehört
  • Zuordnung von Ein- und Ausgängen zu den richtigen Belegen und Identifikation von Abweichungen
  • Rechnungsstellung für unsere Erlösquellen — Abonnements, B2B-Partnerschaften und Einzelabrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlüssen
  • Steuerung wiederkehrender Zahlungsläufe und Pflege der Lieferantenkonten
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater
  • Einspringen bei übergreifenden Finanzthemen — Businessplan, Förderanträge, Kostenverfolgung, was auch immer einen genauen Blick braucht
  • Stelle berichtet direkt an einen der Gründer

Was wir suchen

  • Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • DATEV kennst du in- und auswendig
  • Solides Verständnis von HGB und deutschen Steuergrundlagen
  • Erfahrung mit anderen Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Tools ist ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, hältst Deadlines ein und brauchst kein Mikromanagement
  • Kurzfristig verfügbar
