The posting

A rider opens Gett on a busy morning, late for a meeting. In seconds, our app presents all the best ways to move with an accurate ETA and clear pricing, making booking seamless and perfectly timed. As Senior Product Manager for the Rider Experience, you will own that kind of end-to-end user experience, and much more.

Our mission is getting people to smile, and trust us when they move. In the Rider app, trust means transparency, accuracy, prioritizing rider safety, and ensuring they are looked after whenever needed. A smile means booking that feels effortless, an app that offers the right choice for every journey, and delightful moments along the way. We are focused on making Gett the most reliable, easy-to-use mobility option for daily travel.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our mobile team scaling and evolving our core consumer app, turning real-time data, complex mobility operations, and user feedback into products millions of people use every day. You will drive the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with engineers, designers, and market teams to make the Gett app smarter at every step.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Rider app experience across iOS and Android from discovery, user research, and specs through to launch, rollouts, and continuous iteration.
  • Map consumer journeys to eliminate friction, optimize conversion funnels, and design hyper personalized retention loops that turn one time riders into loyal power users.
  • Deeply understand company strategy and OKRs, pitching and bringing high-impact initiatives to the roadmap that directly drive Key Results and business growth.
  • Partner closely with UX Design, Engineering, and Marketing to raise the mobile product bar, setting new benchmarks for intelligent, adaptive, and delightful mobile experiences.
  • Align cross team dependencies across Mobile, AI Research, Backend, Data, Ops, and Business to turn complex model capabilities into cohesive, scalable products.
  • Build next generation AI capabilities into the core journey, using real time contextual models, agentic support workflows, and dynamic generative personalization to anticipate rider needs before they type.
  • Leverage data strategically to reveal hidden behavior patterns, identify high impact opportunities, define metrics, and guide product direction with actionable evidence.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping scaled B2C mobile applications across iOS and Android that consumers love using.
  • Full lifecycle ownership and execution, with a history of taking features from early discovery and customer research to delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • A strong bias for action, taking a raw idea or spotted opportunity and running with it by conducting research, framing the problem, and building the business case to move it forward.
  • Strong data-driven mindset. Using analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, alongside AI tools, to identify user behavior patterns, communicate insights clearly, and back decisions with evidence.
  • Strong technical knowledge and a creative AI mindset, knowing how to leverage tools like GenAI, LLMs, and real-time personalization to build engaging features and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Hebrew, acting as a collaborative team player who gathers people around a goal and navigates ambiguity.
  • A technical or design academic background, combined with strong technical understanding or hands-on experience as an engineer, designer, or founder

Advantages

  • Experience in mobility, two-sided marketplaces, delivery, or on-demand consumer services.
  • Background in growth loops, loyalty programs, or monetization features for consumer apps.
  • A B2B-aware mindset, with experience or comfort designing features that serve corporate riders and align with business customer needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
