About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality software applications
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define software requirements
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on technical challenges
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software quality through testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
  • Experience with web frameworks and cloud technologies
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices

Nice to Have

  • Experience in leading software development teams
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker
  • Background in machine learning or data analytics
  • Experience with mobile application development
