Résumé du poste : Matrec est un courtier en gestion des matières résiduelles offrant aux entreprises commerciales et résidentielles des services et des produits pour la collecte des déchets, le recyclage, le compostage et la destruction de papiers confidentiels. Nous recherchons un(e) Aide-Éboueur(se) énergique et motivé(e) pour assister nos chauffeurs lors des circuits de collecte résidentielle et assurer un service de qualité à Montréal et les environs.

Exigences du poste :

  • Bonne condition physique et capacité à effectuer du travail manuel exigeant à l'extérieur (beau temps, mauvais temps);
  • Ponctualité, sens des responsabilités et fiabilité exemplaire;
  • Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à suivre un itinéraire de façon rigoureuse;
  • Entregent et habiletés à maintenir de bonnes relations avec la clientèle;
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur géographique de Montréal et des environs (un atout).

Responsabilités :

  • Collecte des matières : Assister le camionneur lors des trajets et effectuer le chargement manuel des déchets résidentiels et des articles volumineux;
  • Service à la clientèle : Maintenir des interactions courtoises et professionnelles avec les citoyens sur les lieux de collecte;
  • Santé, sécurité et conformité : Respecter rigoureusement les méthodes de travail sécuritaires et les consignes de sécurité de l'entreprise;
  • Soutien opérationnel : Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe requise par le supérieur immédiat pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
