  • Audit incoming vendor invoices, bills of lading, and packing slips against corresponding purchase orders and receipts.
  • Extract essential billing data, including line-item part numbers, unit prices, labor rates, freight charges, and applicable taxes.

Weekly Project Tracking & Spreadsheets

  • Manage and update project tracking logs, status boards, and operational metrics using Google Sheets.
  • Track ongoing departmental initiatives and fleet maintenance milestones throughout the week, reporting status changes to management.
  • Perform administrative support for ad-hoc projects, inventory audits, and seasonal maintenance preparations.

Cross-Departmental Communication

  • Act as a responsive administrative liaison between service technicians, fleet managers, procurement specialists, and corporate accounting.
  • Deliver timely, professional correspondence and documentation across all communication channels.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in an administrative, purchasing, service coordination, or data entry role.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree or business administration coursework is an asset.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
