NuProduce Solutions is hosting a Hiring Event at our Bowling Green, OH facility, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team!

📅 Hiring Event
Date: October 15 Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: NuProduce Solutions – Bowling Green, OH
Position: General Labor – Food Processing
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent Shift: First Shift | Monday–Saturday | 6:00 AM – Finish Starting Pay: $17.00/hour, based on experience Note: Saturdays may be required.
What You’ll Do
As a General Labor team member, you may be responsible for:
- Working in a cooler/food-processing environment
- Operating machinery on the production line
- Cutting, peeling, and sorting fresh fruits and vegetables
- Meeting daily production goals
- Following GMP and food safety practices
- Cleaning and maintaining production equipment
- Communicating quality or production concerns to supervisors and managers
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable and accountable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing work environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
