Voor de afdeling KADAnS zoeken wij een verpleegkundige/begeleider. De Kliniek voor Aanpak van Depressie en Angststoornissen (KADAnS) richt zich op volwassenen van 18 tot 65 jaar die vastgelopen zijn in hun functioneren ten gevolge van een stemmings- en/of angststoornis.

Functieomschrijving:

  • Als verpleegkundige/begeleider neem je de verantwoordelijkheid voor het bewaken van een gezond therapeutisch milieu op de afdeling, vang je patiënten en familie op in zowel crisissituaties als in de dagelijkse behandelsetting. Als verpleegkundige sta je specifiek in voor verpleegtechnische handelingen. Als begeleider voer je gedelegeerde en/of toevertrouwde verpleegkundigen ADL taken uit.
  • Je bent in staat zelfstandig te werken, te delegeren alsook ter ondersteuning te werken binnen een afdelingsteam.
  • Je registreert correct in het patiëntendossier en andere registraties die behoren tot de afdelingswerking.
  • Je respecteert de bestaande procedures en voert deze correct uit.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma HBO 5 (gegradueerden), Bachelor in de verpleegkunde of mensgerichte bachelor (orthopedagogie, psychologie, ergo,...)
  • Je hebt een ruime belangstelling voor de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
  • Je hebt zin voor vernieuwing, verantwoordelijkheid, organisatie en multidisciplinaire teamspirit.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in de geestelijke gezondheidszorg strekt tot aanbeveling.
