Dit maakt werken als Ervaingsdeskundige bij GGZ Oost Brabant bijzonder

  • Je werkt herstelgericht binnen een ambulant FACT team voor mensen met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen (EPA)
  • Je brengt ervaringskennis professioneel en methodisch in, individueel én in groepen
  • Je maakt deel uit van een vakgroep ervaringsdeskundigen, met scholing, intervisie en inhoudelijke borging

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3.180,- en € 4.273,- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 45)
  • Tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten woon-werkverkeer. Voor dienstreizen ontvang je € 0,50 per kilometer!
  • Een volledige 13e maand (8,33% van je bruto jaarsalaris) en jaarlijks €1000 balansbudget om in te zetten voor opleiden, extra verlof of extra salaris.

Jouw rol als Ervaringsdeskundige

Als ervaringsdeskundige binnen FACT ondersteun je cliënten in hun persoonlijk herstelproces in de eigen leefomgeving. Je werkt outreachend en zet je ervaringskennis doelgericht in, zonder je eigen verhaal centraal te stellen. Je weet het verschil tussen nabijheid en professionele positionering. Je werkt nauw samen met behandelaren en andere teamleden en vervult een brugfunctie tussen cliënten en het team. Je brengt het perspectief van herstel, hoop en eigen regie in, zonder de rol van behandelaar over te nemen. Binnen het team wordt van je verwacht dat je actief bijdraagt aan het leerklimaat, onder andere door het begeleiden van stagiaires en het ondersteunen van nieuwe collega’s in hun ontwikkeling.

Jouw taken op een rij

  • Individueel ondersteunen van cliënten bij persoonlijk herstel (ambulant en outreachend)
  • Begeleiden van herstelgerichte groepsbijeenkomsten
  • Faciliteren van WRAP (indien gecertificeerd of bereid dit te behalen)
  • Deelnemen aan de Herstelondersteunende Intake (HOI)
  • Signaleren van terugval, kwetsbaarheid en herstelkansen
  • Bijdragen aan een herstelondersteunende cultuur binnen het FACT-team
  • Het bespreekbaar maken van herstelthema’s en stigma
  • De verdere ontwikkeling van ervaringsdeskundigheid binnen GGZ Oost Brabant
  • Begeleiden van stagiaires en bijdragen aan een sterk leerklimaat binnen het team.

Je komt te werken in het FACT-team Uden. Een team met verschillende disciplines, waarin samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. We houden de lijnen kort, denken met elkaar mee en staan voor elkaar klaar. Er is ruimte om vragen te stellen, ideeën te delen en jezelf te ontwikkelen.

Dit breng je mee

  • Een afgeronde opleiding Ervaringsdeskundigheid niveau 5 of 6 (let op, geen thuisstudies of korte trainingen)
  • Persoonlijke ervaring met psychiatrische behandeling, waarbij je een eigen herstelproces hebt doorgemaakt
  • Voldoende afstand tot je eigen herstel om deze ervaring professioneel en overstijgend in te zetten Als richtlijn geldt dat je minimaal één jaar uit behandeling bent Wanneer jouw behandeling (deels) binnen GGZ Oost Brabant heeft plaatsgevonden, is deze afstand extra belangrijk
  • Voldoende inzicht in je eigen kwetsbaarheden en het vermogen deze professioneel te hanteren
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en overstijgend denken
  • Opleiding/certificaat WRAP-facilitator is een pre (of bereidheid dit te behalen)

Deze functie is minder passend als je eigen herstel nog volop in beweging is, als je moeite hebt met rolafbakening of als je vooral vanuit een hulpverleningsrol wilt werken.
