Als GZ-psycholoog krijg je bij GGZ Oost Brabant een veelzijdige rol, waarin je regiebehandelaarschap combineert met diagnostiek, behandeling en zorgontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team en krijgt de ruimte om bij te dragen aan innovatieve behandelvormen, collega's te begeleiden of een coördinerende rol binnen de psychodiagnostiek op je te nemen.

Daarnaast kun je rekenen op

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5.294,- en € 6.918- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 65)

Jouw rol als GZ-psycholoog

Als GZ-psycholoog heb je een spilfunctie binnen ons team. Je bent regiebehandelaar binnen ons subteam Angst-, Dwang- en Stemmingsstoornissen. Je fungeert als zichtbaar aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner voor zowel je directe collega’s als voor zorgprofessionals buiten de eigen afdeling/ketenpartners. Werkinhoudelijk houd jij je onder andere bezig met intakes, psychodiagnostiek en behandeling. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om werkbegeleiding en/of supervisie te geven aan onze GZ-psychologen in opleiding.

Binnen team Angst-, Dwang- en Stemmingsstoornissen (ADS) bieden we zowel individuele behandelingen als groepsaanbod, zoals onze Intensieve Groeps Behandeling voor Angst en Dwang. Binnen de doelgroep Depressie houden we ons bezig met innovatieve ontwikkelingen zoals rTMS en MBCT, dit naast de reguliere behandelingen volgens de richtlijnen GGZ, zoals CGT.

Naast je werk als GZ-psycholoog binnen team ADS heb je een belangrijke rol binnen ons subteam Psychodiagnostiek, waarin brede testdiagnostiek wordt uitgevoerd. We werken vraag gestuurd, hypothese toetsend. Ambieer je een coördinerende rol in dit subteam? Dan moedigen wij dat van harte aan.

Onze afdeling Volwassenenpsychiatrie, bestaande uit de teams Angst, Dwang en Stemming én Persoonlijkheid en Trauma zijn gedreven en optimistische teams met een sterk multidisciplinair karakter. De eigen inbreng wordt gewaardeerd en iedereen is gelijk. Binnen onze teams nemen we de tijd om onze deskundigheid te behouden, te bevorderen en te delen met elkaar. Daarnaast hechten we belang aan een open-deur cultuur en contact met elkaar. Gezamenlijk bestaan onze teams uit ongeveer 70 collega’s. Onze teams werken intensief met elkaar samen en in de aankomende tijd gaan we ons in het kader van ontschotting en geïntegreerde behandeling ontwikkelen naar één team.

We bieden een breed behandelaanbod aan: van lager frequente ambulante behandeling tot intensieve groepsbehandelingen van meerdere dagen per week. Dit doen we met verschillende combinaties van disciplines, zodat we samen om een cliënt kunnen staan en een optimale mix van psychosociale en psychotherapeutische interventies kunnen bieden. Evidence based behandelmodules, zorginnovatie en samenwerking in de keten met partners vormen daarin actuele thema’s waar jij als GZ-psycholoog een actieve en zichtbare bijdrage aan levert. Daarnaast zijn we ons zowel intern als extern over de zorglijnen heen aan het ontwikkelen tot een netwerkorganisatie waarin het samenwerken met de cliënt, naasten en collega’s voorop staat.

Dit breng je mee

Je bent een GZ-psycholoog die vakinhoudelijke kwaliteit combineert met nieuwsgierigheid en een actieve houding. Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog en een BIG-registratie
  • Affiniteit en/of ervaring met angst-, dwang- en stemmingsstoornissen en brede psychodiagnostiek
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring met het toepassen van EMDR of andere traumabehandeling
  • Je denkt graag mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van behandelingen, diagnostiek en samenwerking binnen het team
