Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5.294,- en € 6.918,- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 65)

Jouw rol als GZ-psycholoog

Geen standaard casuïstiek, maar cliënten bij wie trauma, persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en andere psychiatrische aandoeningen vaak samenkomen. Juist die complexiteit maakt jouw werk binnen Team STAP (stemming, angst, persoonlijkheid en trauma) uitdagend en afwisselend.

Als GZ-psycholoog ben je regiebehandelaar voor een eigen caseload. Je voert intakes uit voor geheel STAP, verricht diagnostiek, stelt indicaties en begeleidt cliënten tijdens hun behandeltraject.

Je aandachtsgebied ligt bij complex trauma. Je past intensieve traumabehandeling toe, zoals EMDR, IE of IMRS, en werkt met cliënten bij wie trauma vaak samengaat met persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, angst- of stemmingsstoornissen.

Je werkt nauw samen met klinisch psychologen, psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, SPV'en, PIT-verpleegkundigen en vaktherapeuten. De lijnen zijn kort, inhoudelijk overleg is laagdrempelig en er is veel ruimte om expertise te delen en van elkaar te leren. Naast de directe cliëntenzorg draag je actief bij aan multidisciplinaire overleggen, consultatie, deskundigheidsbevordering en – waar passend – de begeleiding van collega's in opleiding.

Samen sterk, maak kennis met je werkplek en het team

Team STAP biedt (hoog)specialistische diagnostiek en behandeling aan volwassenen met complexe psychiatrische problematiek. Ons behandelaanbod bestaat uit intensieve traumabehandeling, een schematherapeutische deeltijdbehandeling, een transdiagnostische deeltijdbehandeling voor angst-, dwang- en stemmingsklachten, een kortdurende deeltijdbehandeling gericht op herstel van het dagelijks functioneren, behandeling volgens het GIT-PD-kader en rTMS.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waarin psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, KP-ers, GZ-psychologen, SPV'en, PIT-verpleegkundigen en vaktherapeuten intensief samenwerken. De lijnen zijn kort, overleg is laagdrempelig en er is veel ruimte voor inhoudelijke uitwisseling, intervisie en gezamenlijke ontwikkeling.

Het team is volop in beweging. Samen met de teams Persoonlijkheid & Trauma in Oss en Helmond werken we toe naar een gecertificeerde TOPGGz-afdeling voor Persoonlijkheid & Trauma. Daarnaast werken we binnen het Integraal Zorgakkoord (IZA) intensief samen met gemeenten, huisartsen en andere ketenpartners aan toegankelijke, passende en toekomstbestendige zorg.

Dit breng je mee

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog of psychotherapeut en een geldige BIG-registratie.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met complexe traumabehandeling.
  • Bij voorkeur geaccrediteerd als EMDR practioner en/of andere evidence-based traumabehandelingen zoals IE en IMRS

Zo werk jij: Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en werkt vanuit verbinding. Je kijkt verder dan de diagnose, denkt graag mee over complexe behandelvragen en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de zorg.
