Wil jij doorgroeien naar hbo-verpleegkundige én direct praktijkervaring opdoen? In dit betaalde werk-leertraject combineer je werken en leren. Je volgt de verkorte hbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde via Fontys of de HAN en past de theorie meteen toe binnen verschillende teams van GGZ Oost Brabant.

Tijdens de opleiding ontwikkel je je volgens het landelijke opleidingsprofiel met de 7 CanMEDS-rollen. Je groeit niet alleen als verpleegkundige, maar ook als coördinator, samenwerkingspartner, communicator en professional.

  • Een leer-arbeidsovereenkomst van 28-32 uur (incl. 4 uur lestijd) voor de duur van de opleiding (2,5 - 3 jaar) met baangarantie op minimaal het niveau van verpleegkundige 4
  • Je gaat 1 dag per week naar school (waarvan 4 uur werktijd en 4 uur eigen tijd) en de overige dagen doe je ervaring op in de praktijk
  • Salaris tijdens opleiding tussen € 3.180,- en € 4.273,- in functiegroep 45 met cao‑periodieken voor verpleegkundigen niveau 4 (cao GGZ)
  • We vergoeden 100% van de studiekosten
  • De opleiding kun je volgen via de HAN of Fontys
  • Schooldag is 50% eigen tijd en 50% werktijd
  • Tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten woon-werk- en schoolverkeer
  • Een volledige 13e maand (8,33 % van je bruto jaarsalaris)
