Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een dienstverband van 1 jaar met uitzicht op een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5.294,- en € 6.918,- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 65) als Verpleegkundig Specialist of GZ-psycholoog
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 7.002,- en € 9.725,- o.b.v. 36 uur (cao GGZ, FWG 75) als Klinisch psycholoog
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 6.691,- en €11.292,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (AMS-regeling) als Psychiater
  • Tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten woon-werkverkeer. Voor dienstreizen ontvang je € 0,50 per kilometer!

Jouw rol als Regiebehandelaar

Als regiebehandelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke regie en kwaliteit van de behandeling. Je stelt behandelplannen op, evalueert en stuurt bij, en je stelt of bevestigt diagnoses. Je bewaakt de voortgang en effectiviteit van de zorg en neemt besluiten in complexe casuïstiek op basis van klinisch redeneren en analytisch vermogen.

Je coördineert het multidisciplinaire team, voert de regie in MDO’s en stemt af met collega’s en ketenpartners, waarbij samenwerken en overzicht houden belangrijk zijn. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en naasten en communiceert duidelijk en empathisch. Daarnaast voer je risicotaxaties uit en beslis je over op- of afschaling van zorg. Je draagt eindverantwoordelijkheid voor dossiervoering, kwaliteit en naleving van richtlijnen en wetgeving, met een sterke focus op verantwoordelijkheid en kwaliteitsgericht werken.

Samen sterk, maak kennis met je werkplek en het team

De High & Intensive Care (HIC) in Helmond is een acute opnameafdeling met 18+2 bedden voor mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische crisis. Cliënten worden hier opgenomen wanneer tijdelijk een gesloten afdeling nodig is voor veiligheid en stabiliteit. Een opname duurt meestal kort. Soms is het een onderbreking van een behandeling thuis, soms juist de start daarvan. Het doel is altijd om rust en stabiliteit te creëren, zodat cliënten daarna verder kunnen herstellen buiten de kliniek. Daarbij proberen we de impact van een opname zo klein mogelijk te houden. Ons uitgangspunt is daarom: “niet separeren, tenzij…”.

Het Intensive Home Treatment (IHT) in Helmond helpt mensen met acute ernstige psychiatrische problematieken als een soort spoedeisende hulp aan huis. Het team gaat naar de cliënten toe met als doel opname te voorkomen of verkorten. Het IHT Helmond is een multidisciplinair team met onder andere bestaande psychiater, ambulant verpleegkundigen, SPV-ers, verpleegkundig specialist en sociotherapeuten, aangestuurd door een manager behandelzaken.

Dit breng je mee

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot Verpleegkundig Specialist, GZ-psycholoog, Klinisch psycholoog of Psychiater, met geldige BIG-registratie en AGB-code
  • Ervaring (of sterke affiniteit) met complexe psychiatrie en kortdurende, intensieve behandelsettingen
