Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ

24–36 uur per week | Helmond

Jij combineert expertise met oprechte betrokkenheid. In de ouderenkliniek in Helmond werk je met een doelgroep die jou uitdaagt: cliënten van 60 jaar en ouder met complexe psychiatrische én somatische problematiek. Jij hebt oog voor herstel en de mens achter de stoornis – en maakt daarin écht het verschil.

Jouw rol als Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ

  • Regiebehandelaar voor cliënten met o.a. stemmingsstoornissen, psychose, cognitieve achteruitgang en multiproblematiek.
  • Verbindende schakel tussen somatische en psychische zorg
  • Begeleiden van VIOS-en (verpleegkundig specialisten in opleiding)
  • Deelname aan crisisdienst (als tussenwacht) buiten kantoortijden (tegen een ruime vergoeding)

Over jouw team

Je komt terecht in een bevlogen, multidisciplinair team met o.a. een klinisch psycholoog, psychiater, GZ-psychologen, SPV’ers en verpleegkundigen.

We staan bekend om onze warme en professionele werksfeer, waarin we samen leren, innoveren en een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid combineren met laagdrempelige samenwerking.

Onze gesloten opnamekliniek (60+) in Helmond behandelt cliënten in acute psychiatrische crisis. We werken aan een kortdurende, herstelgerichte benadering, met steeds meer inzet van ambulante en consultatieve zorg.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je bent opgeleid tot Verpleegkundig Specialist GGZ en bent BIG-geregistreerd.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met (en liefst ervaring in) de ouderenpsychiatrie.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, verbindend en zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
  • Je draagt graag bij aan innovatie en deskundigheidsbevordering binnen het team.
  • Je bekijkt vraagstukken met een frisse blik en deelt je ideeën over ‘hoe het ook anders kan’.

  • Direct een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 5.294,- en € 6.918,- op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (CAO GGZ, FWG 65)
  • Een jaarlijks budget persoonlijke kosten (€ 2784,-) bij een 36-urige werkweek.
  • Een extra ruime vergoeding voor de crisisdiensten bovenop de standaard cao-afspraken (compensatie in geld van 35,7% of voor vergoeding in tijd van 25%).
  • Een volledige 13e maand van 8,33% en 8,33% vakantiegeld.
  • 166 verlofuren en 35 levensfasebudget-uren (bij een 36-urige werkweek; naar rato bij parttime).
  • Jaarlijks balansbudget van € 1.000,- bruto (bij fulltime dienstverband), vrij te besteden aan extra salaris, verlof of persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
  • Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer.
  • Vergoeding van € 0,50 per km voor dienstreizen
