Verpleegkundige (complexe GGZ)

Boekel, 24 – 36 uur

Daarom werk je bij GGZ Oost Brabant

  • Werken in wisselende diensten, zónder nachtdiensten, op het groene landgoed Huize Padua in een betrokken team
  • Een uitdagende mix van somatische zorg en psychische begeleiding
  • 8-uursdiensten, zodat je meer vrije dagen hebt in een week
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 3180,00 en € 4273,00 op basis van een 36-urige werkweek (CAO GGZ, FWG 45)
  • Tegemoetkoming in de reiskosten woon-werk verkeer
  • Een volledige 13e maand (8,33 % van je bruto jaarsalaris)
  • Een jaarcontract, met de intentie te verlengen naar onbepaalde tijd

Jouw rol: meer dan zorg verlenen

Hoe jouw werkdag eruit komt te zien, hangt af van jouw keuze qua locatie en doelgroep. De ene groep cliënten vraagt meer focus op somatiek en de andere op begeleiding. Voor elke locatie geldt: je bent nabij, je staat naast de cliënt en je ondersteunt bij het behalen van zijn doelen. We werken volgens de Triple-C methodiek aan structuur, veiligheid, betekenisvolle relaties en bezigheden. Daarnaast vraagt de complexiteit van de problematiek om maatwerk en multidisciplinair samenwerken met psychiaters, psychologen, verpleegkundig specialisten en andere zorgprofessionals. Je combineert klinisch redeneren met een warme, persoonlijke benadering. Je werkt vroege (vanaf ca. 7:00 uur) en late (tot 22:00 á 22:30 uur) diensten én gemiddeld 2 weekenddiensten per maand. Nachtdiensten horen niet bij jouw rol, dus slapen kan gewoon in je eigen bed.

Wat we van je vragen

  • Je bent BIG-geregistreerd verpleegkundige
  • Ervaring of interesse om mee stappen te zetten in het werken met de Triple-C methodiek is een pre
  • Ervaring binnen de GGZ is mooi meegenomen, maar we leren je graag de fijne kneepjes van het vak. Nieuwsgierigheid en affiniteit met onze doelgroep vinden we belangrijker
  • Je beschikt over alle competenties om deze functie succesvol uit te kunnen voeren
