We are seeking a highly motivated professional to perform a critical role by providing vision, leadership, and development of the overall corporate strategy with CEO and Leadership Team.

Responsabilidades

Gestión de cuentas clave: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Servir como principal punto de contacto para las cuentas clave, atendiendo sus necesidades y preocupaciones con prontitud. Crecimiento de las ventas: identificar oportunidades para aumentar el negocio con las cuentas existentes. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas en cuentas clave. Planeación estratégica: desarrollar planes de cuentas y estrategias de ventas adaptadas a cada cliente. Alinear las estrategias de las cuentas con los objetivos empresariales generales. Negociación y manejo de contrato: negociar contratos, precios y condiciones con cuentas clave. Garantizar que los acuerdos sean beneficiosos para ambas partes y que se ajusten a las políticas de la empresa. Reporteo y análisis: elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de las cuentas, el rendimiento de las ventas y las previsiones. Analizar los datos de las cuentas para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora. Negociar las condiciones comerciales generales y las actividades de promoción de los productos Lindt con el cliente. Lograr el Budget anual objetivo marcado por la compañía con los clientes asignados. Captación de nuevos clientes, preferentemente en mercados alternos o especializados para incrementar la penetración de la marca. Desarrollo de las marcas de la compañía en nuevos territorios del país.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura (Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial y/o carreras relacionadas).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en puestos similares, en el área comercial, canal moderno, preferiblemente en la industria de alimentos o consumo masivo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
  • Orientación al cliente y habilidades para generar relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Visión estratégica y enfoque en el desarrollo comercial. Manejo de análisis numéricos, básicos de ventas y KPIs del negocio.
  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
  • Proactividad y enfocado en objetivos.
