Il ruolo

Stiamo cercando un/una Capo Turno da inserire nel reparto Modellaggio del nostro stabilimento produttivo. La risorsa sarà un punto di riferimento per garantire la continuità e l'efficienza delle linee di produzione, intervenendo sia in fase preventiva che correttiva su macchinari, impianti e componenti meccaniche degli impianti industriali.

Cosa farai

  • Supportare il Responsabile del Reparto Modellaggio dello stabilimento di Luserna San Giovanni (TO) nella gestione delle risorse disponibili, assicurando il rispetto dei volumi e delle tempistiche previste dal Piano di Produzione durante il tuo turno di lavoro.
  • Essere un punto di riferimento per il personale di produzione, fornendo supporto operativo e coordinamento durante il turno.
  • Supervisionare la formazione del personale di reparto, affiancando e supportando i trainer nelle attività di addestramento.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure e delle regole aziendali in materia di Sicurezza, Qualità e AIB.
  • Collaborare con il team Accounting, assicurando un corretto e puntuale scambio di informazioni.
  • Gestire le attività amministrative del reparto attraverso i sistemi SAP e MES.
  • Raccogliere e monitorare dati e KPI di produzione per supportare gli incontri giornalieri (PCS) ed evidenziare eventuali criticità o aree di miglioramento.

Offerta Contrattuale

La tipologia contrattuale proposta è la seguente: contratto di lavoro subordinato a tempo indeterminato.

L'orario di lavoro previsto è full time, 40 ore settimanali, su tre turni. La sede di lavoro è Luserna San Giovanni (TO).

La Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) prevista per questa posizione è compresa tra € 33.000 e € 37.000, definita sulla base di criteri oggettivi e neutri rispetto al genere. L’inquadramento previsto è Livello 3A, CCNL Industria Alimentare.

Inoltre, di seguito sono indicate le componenti variabili e in natura previste per questa posizione: mensa aziendale, piano di welfare e chocolate gifts.
