Dans le cadre d’un remplacement pour congé parental, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable Clients afin de renforcer notre service administratif et financier.

Véritable interlocuteur privilégié des clients sur les sujets liés à la facturation et au suivi des règlements, vous assurez le bon suivi des comptes clients tout en garantissant une relation client professionnelle et réactive.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur administratif et financier, vous participez au suivi quotidien de l’activité comptable clients et au pilotage des factures et encours.

Vos missions principales

  • Assurer la gestion et le suivi des comptes clients
  • Suivre les paiements et les échéances clients
  • Effectuer les relances téléphoniques et écrites
  • Gérer les encaissements et le contrôle des règlements
  • Réaliser le lettrage et l’analyse des comptes clients
  • Assurer le suivi des impayés et des litiges clients
  • Mise en place la dématérialisation des factures
  • Être le point de contact principal des clients pour les questions administratives et de facturation
  • Redispatcher les demandes vers les interlocuteurs internes concernés
  • Respecter les procédures internes et les calendriers de clôture

Profil recherché

Formation

  • BTS Comptabilité / Gestion ou Bac +2 minimum

Expérience

  • Une première expérience en comptabilité clients est appréciée
  • Débutant(e) accepté(e) si bonnes bases comptables et aisance administrative

Compétences attendues

  • Connaissances en comptabilité clients
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et d’Excel (bases)
  • Aisance avec les logiciels de facturation et ERP
  • Capacité à gérer une base de données clients
  • Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités

Savoir-être

  • Excellent relationnel client
  • Bonne communication et bonne élocution
  • Self-control et gestion des situations sensibles
  • Rigueur et discrétion
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs sujets simultanément
