Leiter Personalentwicklung \& Bildung 80\-100%, m/w ===================================================

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Verantwortung für die Personalentwicklung sowie für die Berufsbildung innerhalb der Unternehmung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Berufs\- und Praxisbildnern
  • Leitung und Begleitung von Projekten sowie Change\-Management\-Massnahmen zur Einführung und Optimierung moderner HR\-Instrumente
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden HR\-Entwicklungssysteme
  • Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungsmassnahmen wie Workshops, E?Learning sowie Talent\- und Mentoring?Programmen, Zeugnistool etc.
  • Controlling der Bildungs\- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten (Erfolgskontrollen, Transfersicherung der Lerninhalte in den Arbeitsalltag, KPIs)
  • Evaluation und Implementierung eines Learning Management Systems
  • Organisation und Moderation von Workshops und internen Weiterbildungen
  • Begleitung und Beratung von Mitarbeitenden in Fragen der Personalentwicklung
  • Ermittlung von Aus\- und Weiterbildungsbedürfnissen sowie Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung entsprechender Entwicklungsprogramme
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften sowie HR Business Partnern in sämtlichen Fragen der Personalentwicklung und Berufsbildung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer systematischen Nachfolgeplanung gemeinsam mit den Linienverantwortlichen und dem HR\-Team

Ihr Profil:

  • Weiterbildung im Bereich HR auf Stufe Fachausweis, Studium oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im HR\-Umfeld und im Bildungsbereich
  • Führungserfahrung gewünscht
  • Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung wie auch im Bildungsbereich
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement?Kompetenz sowie sichere Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Starke konzeptionelle, kommunikative und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse zwingend
  • Vernetztes, unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Schnittstellen zu erkennen
  • Interesse an digitalen HR\-Tools sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Selbständige, analytische und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des Einzugsgebietes der Firma (Führerschein sowie eigenes Auto)
