Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Milano Office, cerchiamo per nota casa automobilistica di lusso: SERVICE ADVISOR / ACCETTATORE AUTOMOTIVE Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Sarai il principale punto di contatto del Cliente in tutte le fasi dell'assistenza, dalla presa in carico del veicolo alla riconsegna, garantendo un'esperienza in linea con gli alti standard del brand. Riporterai al Site Manager, con riferimento funzionale all'After Sales Expert. Nello specifico ti occuperai di: Pianificare gli appuntamenti di officina e ottimizzare i carichi di lavoro Accogliere il Cliente, rilevarne le esigenze e prendere in carico il veicolo documentando eventuali anomalie Coordinarti con officina, carrozzeria e magazzino ricambi, traducendo le richieste del Cliente in indicazioni tecniche chiare Predisporre preventivi, ottenere le autorizzazioni e aggiornare il Cliente su costi, tempi e stato dei lavori Proporre servizi e prodotti (manutenzione, accessori, servizi finanziari) coerenti con le esigenze del Cliente Gestire le pratiche di sinistro: documentazione, perizie, integrazioni e rapporti con compagnie assicurative, periti, broker e flotte Gestire reclami, vetture di cortesia, riconsegna, contabilizzazione degli interventi e incassi Utilizzare gli strumenti digitali della Casa, mantenendo aggiornati i gestionali e il database Clienti Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Diploma, preferibilmente tecnico, meccanico, meccatronico, elettronico o automotive Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in ambito automotive (Service Advisor, accettazione, assistenza Clienti, officina, carrozzeria o supporto tecnico) Buona conoscenza della meccanica e dei processi di assistenza e riparazione Conoscenza della gestione sinistri e delle pratiche assicurative Capacità di gestire preventivi, perizie e documentazione tecnico-amministrativa Conoscenza dei veicoli BEV, dei sistemi di ricarica e delle tecnologie ad alta tensione Buon uso dei gestionali automotive e del Pacchetto Office Patente B Forte orientamento al cliente e ottime capacità comunicative Orario di lavoro: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì, indicativamente 08:00/08:30-12:30 e 14:00-17:30/18:00; Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato in azienda CCNL applicato: Commercio Livello d'inquadramento: 3° La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra i 35'000 e i 37'000 euro lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
