Per azienda cliente della zona di Bosaro (RO) selezioniamo: 1 BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE JUNIOR Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? - inserimento, gestione e monitoraggio degli ordini clienti tramite gestionale SAP; - verifica rimanenze e valutazione articoli critici; - verifica materiale in consegna; - supporto planning logistico & trasporti; - comunicazione diretta con il cliente; - risoluzione problematiche legate alle criticità degli articoli per garantire la soddisfazione del cliente. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Conoscenza operative di SAP, requisito indispensabile. - Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di back-office commerciale, ufficio ordini e customer service. - Buona conoscenza dei processi di gestione ed evasione degli ordini clienti. - Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel. - Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio nella gestione dei dati. - Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente, rispettando priorità e scadenze. - Buone capacità comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team. - Orientamento al cliente e attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di assunzione in somministrazione o apprendistato, scopo assunzione stabile. CCNL applicato: gomma plastica Livello di inquadramento: H La retribuzione prevista è compresa tra € 22000 e € 25000 annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
