PER azienda metalmeccanica italiana in continua crescita, specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari, cerca un/a Buyer da inserire all'interno dell'Ufficio Acquisti per la sede Affi (VR). L'inserimento nasce dalla volontà di potenziare l'organico e affidare alla nuova risorsa la gestione degli acquisti di lavorazioni meccaniche, carpenteria e componentistica. La persona riporterà direttamente al Direttore di Produzione e potrà contare sul supporto di un collega dedicato alle attività di back office. Di cosa si occuperàGestione e sviluppo del parco fornitori; Scouting e valutazione di nuove opportunità di fornitura; Negoziazione di prezzi, tempi e condizioni commerciali; Acquisto di lavorazioni e componenti meccanici; Monitoraggio degli ordini e delle tempistiche di consegna; Collaborazione con Produzione e Ufficio Tecnico; Analisi dei costi e ricerca di opportunità di saving. Il mercato di riferimento è principalmente italiano, con alcuni fornitori esteri in Europa e Asia. Per questo è richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Cerco una persona che abbia già maturato esperienza negli acquisti all'interno di aziende metalmeccaniche, di carpenteria o in contesti produttivi affini, con una buona capacità di lettura delle dinamiche di fornitura e una concreta attitudine alla negoziazione. L'azienda offre Contratto a tempo indeterminato; CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria; RAL indicativa compresa tra 45.000 e 50.000 euro, definita in base all'esperienza e alle competenze della risorsa; Buoni pasto; Premio di risultato annuale; Un ruolo concreto, con autonomia e possibilità di contribuire allo sviluppo dell'area acquisti. ?
