Gi Group S.p.a. in partnership con Politecnico Calzaturiero e Istituto dei Mestieri d'Eccellenza LVMH (IME), offre un percorso gratuito di Istruzione e Formazione Tecnica Superiore (IFTS), come Aggiuntatrice/aggiuntatore prototipista, nell'ambito del progetto a finanziamento regionale DGR 713 del 07/07/2026 (codice progetto 2121-0003-713-2026). Di cosa si tratta? Attraverso questo percorso, acquisirai le competenze per la realizzazione delle calzature di lusso, come: - Analisi delle componenti costruttive del modello di calzatura - Realizzazione del prototipo di tomaia e fodera - Tecniche di produzione: realizzazione dei processi costruttivi relativi al montaggio e finissaggio di varie tipologie di calzature - Controllo qualitativo del prodotto finito Al termine dell'intero percorso, previo esame finale, verrà rilasciato un Certificato di Specializzazione tecnica superiore (IV livello EQF) subito spendibile nel mercato del lavoro italiano. Il percorso inizierà a fine Novembre 2026 e prevederà una formazione di 800 ore (di cui il 50% presso il Politecnico Calzaturiero e il 50% svolte presso aziende calzaturiere del lusso, tramite tirocinio curricolare). Quali sono i vantaggi di questo percorso? - Formazione teorica e pratica fornita da maestri esperti del settore che condivideranno la loro esperienza e il loro know how; - opportunità di apprendere e lavorare in un ambiente stimolante e innovativo, direttamente presso prestigiose firme del lusso; - possibilità di assunzione stabile presso l'azienda in somministrazione con Gi Group a conclusione del percorso di formazione. L'offerta è rivolta a candidate/i, anche senza esperienza pregressa nel settore, in possesso di uno dei seguenti requisiti: - Diploma di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore, o titolo superiore diploma professionale conseguito in seguito ai percorsi quadriennali di IeFP; - Persone NON in possesso di diploma, ma con pregresse esperienze lavorative in lavori manuali, e previa verifica delle competenze acquisite in precedenti percorsi di istruzione, formazione e lavoro. Tempi e luoghi: - Sede della formazione interna: Politecnico Calzaturiero, Via Venezia n. 62 - Capriccio di Vigonza (PD) - Sede della formazione esterna/tirocinio: c/o aziende calzaturiere del Settore Lusso, in Riviera del Brenta. Inizio percorso da fine novembre 2026, è richiesta disponibilità full time da lunedì a venerdì.
