La divisione specializzata Permanent Consultant di Gi Group seleziona per azienda cliente multinazionale operante nel settore Facility Management / Servizi di Cleaning: CLEANING COORDINATOR - Pisa Il Contesto La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un importante sito produttivo (ambito farmaceutico) nel comune di Pisa, con l'obiettivo di garantire la corretta erogazione del servizio di cleaning nel rispetto di SLA contrattuali e delle procedure del cliente. Il Ruolo Il/La Cleaning Coordinator è una figura di supporto, coordinamento e assistenza al team operativo e presidia qualità, organizzazione e continuità del servizio sul sito assegnato. Principali Responsabilità: Gestione ed erogazione dei servizi di cleaning presso gli immobili del Cliente, con sopralluoghi tecnici e gestione tempestiva delle richieste Coordinamento del personale operativo: pianificazione turni, ferie, permessi, supporto alla rilevazione presenze e sviluppo competenze Elaborazione e supervisione del programma attività, verificando l'esecuzione secondo gli standard qualitativi previsti Supporto al Site Manager nell'identificazione di esigenze del cliente e opportunità di sviluppo, e nella gestione di eventuali criticità operative Supporto alla gestione del magazzino (prodotti e attrezzature) Applicazione delle policy aziendali su igiene, prevenzione e sicurezza Formazione e affiancamento del nuovo personale, assicurando un onboarding efficace su procedure, standard e sicurezza Monitoraggio performance e qualità tramite KPI e utilizzo di gestionali/tool aziendali Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni in ambito Cleaning / Facility Management in ruoli di coordinamento Conoscenza dei principali prodotti e macchinari di cleaning Capacità di pianificazione del servizio e organizzazione del team (turnistica, presenze, piani di lavoro) Buona dimestichezza con Microsoft Office e applicativi informatici Conoscenza di norme e procedure HSE/sicurezza L'esperienza in contesti farmaceutici/alimentari sarà considerata un plus Soft Skills: Problem solving, spirito di iniziativa e proattività Buone capacità organizzative e di gestione collaboratori Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, capacità di interfacciarsi con più stakeholder Offerta contrattuale: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Orario: Full time 40h (lun-ven 8:00-17:00) Formazione tecnica e professionale continua Assistenza sanitaria integrativa RAL indicativa 25.000-29.000 € Inquadramento: Operaio - CCNL Servizi di pulizia e servizi integrati/multiservizi Sede di lavoro: Pisa #LI-AB10 Chi siamo: Facciamo parte di Gi Group Holding (<a href="http://www.gigroupholding.it" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.gigroupholding.it</a> ) la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro, nonché una delle principali realtà a livello mondiale nei servizi dedicati allo sviluppo del mercato del lavoro.
