Per azienda cliente del settore food retail selezioniamo: SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Italy) Missione del ruolo: In qualità di Senior HR Business Partner, sarai il riferimento strategico e operativo per la gestione HR in Italia. Affiancherai l'HR Director come figura chiave su più discipline HR, supportando i people manager nella gestione quotidiana delle persone, garantendo compliance normativa (diritto del lavoro italiano e CCNL Commercio) e presidio autonomo delle tematiche HR più complesse, incluse relazioni sindacali, contenzioso e cambiamento organizzativo. Responsabilità principali: Business partnering ai manager: applicazione policy HR, performance, sviluppo, disciplina e compliance Relazioni industriali/sindacali: gestione confronto locale con RSA/RSU, negoziazione e implementazione accordi e consultazioni Presidio giuslavoristico: corretta applicazione diritto del lavoro e CCNL Commercio su processi HR core (assunzioni-cessazioni, trasferimenti, orari, ferie/permessi) Contenzioso: coordinamento con legali esterni (raccolta documenti, strategia difensiva, monitoraggio pratiche) People management HR: coordinamento e sviluppo del team HR Italia, in raccordo con HR Director e secondo deleghe Progetti HR di Gruppo: contributo a iniziative strategiche (talent/succession, engagement, DE&I, job architecture, C&B, tool AI) Talent Acquisition senior: supporto su selezioni middle-top/Executive e gestione partner esterni Change & riorganizzazioni: supporto a ristrutturazioni e change management con presidio procedure individuali/collettive HR analytics: lettura KPI (turnover, assenteismo, headcount, costi) e produzione di insight per il management Budget & cost control: supporto a budget/forecast del personale, monitoraggio scostamenti e azioni correttive/cost saving Enti e adempimenti: gestione rapporti con enti previdenziali/ispettivi in coordinamento con amministrazione del personale e consulenti H&S compliance (perimetro HR): collaborazione con QHSE su salute e sicurezza, promozione di inclusione, etica, meritocrazia e benessere Requisiti obbligatori: Laurea in Giurisprudenza 5 anni di esperienza come HRBP o ruolo HR generalista in contesti multinazionali o in forte crescita. Solida conoscenza di diritto del lavoro italiano, CCNL Commercio, amministrazione del personale e payroll. Esperienza diretta in relazioni sindacali/negoziazioni collettive. Esperienza nella gestione del contenzioso giuslavoristico. Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e familiarità con HRIS e reporting. Italiano fluente e inglese C1. Sede: San Donato Milanese (MI), full-time con smart working 2 giorni/settimana Contratto: Tempo indeterminato, ccnl Commercio, I livello.
