RICERCA FORMATORE/FORMATRICE ESPERTO/A in Normativa e Responsabilità Professionale nell'ambito scolastico Il/la professionista avrà la responsabilità di progettare e realizzare il percorso formativo, traducendo gli obiettivi in contenuti, strumenti e attività immediatamente spendibili nella pratica scolastica. - Progettazione del percorso formativo in coerenza con gli obiettivi e i bisogni della scuola; - predisposizione dei materiali didattici e delle esercitazioni; - erogazione della formazione in presenza secondo il cronoprogramma concordato; - gestione di attività laboratoriali, casi e momenti di confronto con i docenti; - collaborazione al monitoraggio in itinere dell'andamento e degli esiti della formazione. Individuazione delle condotte corrette e degli errori da evitare Profilo ricercato - Percorso di studi coerente con le tematiche della formazione; Laurea Magistrale/Specialistica/Vecchio Ordinamento in Giurisprudenza/ In alternativa Laurea in Scienze dell'Amministrazione e delle Politiche Pubbliche/Laurea in Scienze Pedagogiche / Dirigenza Scolastica affiancata da comprovata esperienza o master in ambito giuridico-amministrativo.; - esperienza nella formazione di gruppi di adulti; costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nel mondo della scuola e nella formazione del personale docente; Condizioni della collaborazione Tipologia contrattuale: collaborazione con P.IVA. Compenso: 40€/h IVA inclusa. Orario: pomeridiano presso l'istituto scolastico.
