Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Parma, cerchiamo per ampliamento organico interno: STAGE RISORSE UMANE (HR) Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Entrerai a far parte del team di filiale e, con il supporto dei/delle Consultant, avrai l'opportunità di conoscere da vicino le principali attività di selezione e gestione dei candidati, sviluppando competenze utili per il tuo percorso professionale in ambito HR . Gestione del front office; - Supporto nelle attività di reclutamento e screening CV in base ai profili ricercati; - Contatto telefonico con i/le candidati/e per pre-screening e convocazioni; - Supporto nella gestione dei colloqui (organizzazione agenda, raccolta feedback, aggiornamento iter); - Pubblicazione e aggiornamento degli annunci di lavoro sui canali dedicati; - Aggiornamento e gestione della banca dati candidati e dei sistemi interni; - Supporto nelle attività amministrative legate alla filiale (raccolta documentazione, archiviazione, gestione pratiche di base); Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Laurea (anche in corso) in ambito umanistico/psicologico/giuridico/economico o Master HR; - Buona dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e Outlook); - Interesse per il mondo HR, la selezione e il contatto con le persone; - Ottime capacità relazionali, ascolto e comunicazione; - Precisione, organizzazione e orientamento agli obiettivi; - Proattività e voglia di imparare in un contesto dinamico. Orario di lavoro: Dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9 alle 18 con un'ora di pausa pranzo dalle 13 alle 14 Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento in tirocinio extracurriculare di 6 mesi Indennità/rimborso spese: € 450 (come da normativa regionale) Ticket restaurant da € 6 per ogni giornata lavorata di almeno 6 ore Luogo di lavoro: Parma Non perdere questa opportunità e inviaci la tua candidatura!
