Cosa farai: Supporterai il team nella gestione e conduzione di processi di selezione, dalla stesura dell'annuncio alla valutazione dei candidati Ti occuperai di screening curricula e colloqui (telefonici e in presenza) Collaborerai alla gestione e ottimizzazione dei canali di recruiting (social, job boards, database) Parteciperai attivamente alla selezione di profili da inserire all'interno della nostra filiale e contribuirai alla crescita dell'organico interno Avrai l'opportunità di imparare e crescere nel mondo delle risorse umane, sviluppando competenze in recruiting, employer branding e gestione dei talenti Chi stiamo cercando: Laureato/a in Psicologia, Sociologia, Economia o in discipline affini Passione per il mondo delle risorse umane e del recruiting Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazionali Predisposizione al lavoro in team e al problem solving Conoscenza di base dei principali strumenti informatici (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) e dei social network professionali Cosa offriamo: Un'esperienza formativa che ti permetterà di crescere professionalmente in un contesto stimolante e internazionale Un ambiente di lavoro giovane e dinamico, con concrete possibilità di sviluppo Durata e compenso: 6 mesi di stage, con un rimborso spese di 600 € al mese più buoni pasto da 6 € a giornata lavorativa.
