Per realtà strutturata: Travel, Expenses & HR Analytics Junior Specialist Responsabilità principali Travel & Expenses Management (attività principale) - Gestione operativa del processo Travel & Expenses. - Aggiornamento e comunicazione delle policy viaggi e note spese. - Gestione dei rapporti con travel agency, fornitori e partner di servizio. - Coordinamento degli strumenti e delle piattaforme dedicate (es. Concur). - Gestione del programma di carte di credito aziendali. - Produzione di report e analisi dei costi. - Supporto e assistenza ai dipendenti. - Organizzazione di attività di formazione e comunicazione agli utenti. - Collaborazione con Finance, Procurement, HR e IT per garantire l'efficacia del processo. Supporto HR - HR Reporting e analisi dati. - Preparazione di report e dashboard tramite Excel. Requisiti - Laurea o percorso equivalente. - 1-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli operativi, amministrativi, HR o di reporting. - Ottima conoscenza di Excel (requisito fondamentale). - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. - Spiccate capacità organizzative e analitiche. - Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli. - Attitudine al problem solving e orientamento al cliente interno. Offerta Contrattuale Range retributivo (RAL 29.000 € e 35.000 iniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione. Orario di lavoro: 8-17 con 1h di paura pranzo, flessibili 8-9.30; 17-18.30. - Smart working fino a 12 giorni al mese, secondo le policy aziendali e le esigenze organizzative. - Forte esposizione a processi trasversali e possibilità di crescita in ambito HR Operations, Analytics e Rewards.
