Responsabilità: - Collaborare nella pubblicazione di annunci di lavoro e nella gestione dei canali di reclutamento. - Supportare il team nella gestione delle candidature e dei profili dei candidati. - Assistere nelle attività di screening e selezione dei candidati. - Effettuare chiamate di screening per valutare le candidature. - Assistere durante colloqui di selezione telefonici e da remoto per identificare i candidati più idonei. - Mantenere aggiornato il database dei candidati. Requisiti: - Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in discipline umanistiche, psicologia, gestione delle risorse umane o affini. - Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali. - Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team. - Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e dei social media per il reclutamento. - Flessibilità e orientamento al risultato.
