Gi Group Spa, società di Gi Group Holding, ricerca per il team una figura di: STAGE IN RISORSE UMANE #LI-IP1 Di cosa ti occuperai: all'interno di un progetto di tutoring, ti occuperai della gestione del front-office e dei colloqui conoscitivi, screening e archiviazione curricula, gestione dei canali di reclutamento. Approfondirai i principali aspetti legati alla selezione e presentazione delle candidature alle aziende oltre agli aspetti legati all'amministrazione del personale assunto. Attività principali: Prenderai parte alle attività di front-office con particolare attenzione all'accoglienza dell'utente e all'analisi della domanda; Ti occuperai dell'attivazione dei canali di reclutamento e dello Screening CV; Convocherai i candidati e le candidate e affiancherai il team nella conduzione di colloqui conoscitivi e di selezione; Ti occuperai della valutazione e stesura del profilo con analisi dei punti di forza e aree di miglioramento; Ti occuperai della restituzione dei feedback a seguito del colloquio; Supporterai il team nell'attivazione dei contratti di assunzione. Sei la persona ideale se: hai conseguito una Laurea in materie umanistiche/economiche, hai interesse per il mondo delle risorse umane e hai buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e di MS Office. Sarà considerato un plus un Master HR. Completano il profilo: ottime capacità relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team, dinamismo e flessibilità.
