Gi Group, società di Gi Group Holding, ricerca per il team Ricerca e Selezione della filiale di VILLORBA una figura di: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - INTERNSHIP Di cosa ti occuperai: In questo ruolo, in affiancamento ad un tutor, potrai partecipare attività di ricerca e selezione e della gestione del personale avviato, collaborando con il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati. Affiancamento al supporto alle aziende clienti nell'analisi delle loro esigenze, orientandoli verso la migliore soluzione e il profilo più idoneo, apprendere come fornire una consulenza professionale grazie ai tools innovativi che imparerai ad utilizzare. Ti occuperai, in affiancamento e supporto, dei contratti di somministrazione, proroghe e scadenze, insieme ai documenti assuntivi, infortuni, malattie. Attività principali: - affiancamento alla gestione del processo di ricerca e selezione; - affiancamento all'acquisizione delle candidature pubblicando le ricerche sui maggiori job portal e gestendo le relazioni e i canali sul territorio; - supporto nell'aggiornamento del data base aziendale con la qualifica dei profili individuati; - affiancamento alla presentazione delle candidature selezionate alle aziende; - supporto nella gestione delle assunzioni e della fase di post inserimento. Sei la persona ideale se sei iscritto/a all'università e devi svolgere il tirocinio curriculare. Gigroup è convenzionata con la maggior parte delle università.
