Gi Group, filiale di Milano Viale Jenner, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore Retail: ADDETTI/E ALLE VENDITE - PART TIME (WEEKEND/SABATO) Di cosa ti occuperai Accoglienza e consulenza alla clientela, guidandola nella scelta dei prodotti più adatti. Dimostrazione pratica dei prodotti e valorizzazione di caratteristiche/benefici. Vendita assistita con focus su cross-selling e up-selling. Gestione dei picchi di affluenza e supporto alla customer experience. Cura di esposizione, ordine e standard del brand in area vendita; monitoraggio stock/materiali e segnalazione criticità. Collaborazione con il team del punto vendita e compilazione di report operativi. Requisiti Disponibilità continuativa il sabato e, ove richiesto, per eventi/promozioni. Interesse per il mondo infanzia/genitorialità. Esperienza retail/vendita assistita (preferibile, non indispensabile). Empatia, ascolto, comunicazione efficace e forte orientamento al cliente. Cura dell'immagine e comportamento professionale. Precisione nella raccolta dati e reportistica. Ottimo italiano; inglese fluente o almeno B2. Orario e condizioni Orario (sabato): 10.00 - 19.00 Contratto: tempo determinato 12 mesi con assunzione diretta (possibilità di proroghe) Monte ore: 8h il sabato Retribuzione: 12 € lordi/ora + incentivi sul totale vendita Sede di lavoro: Milano centro Se ti riconosci in queste caratteristiche, candidati subito.
