Cosa farai: - Svolgerai attività di stoccaggio ed esposizione dei prodotti in assortimento secondo layout per scaffali, banchi e banchi frigo; - Effettuerai attività di assistenza e servizio alla clientela nel processo di acquisto; - Verificherai gli standard di qualità e sicurezza del reparto e del negozio previsti dalle relative norme legislative e aziendali (es: HACCP); - Se sarai inserito/a in uno dei Reparti Freschi - imparerai e utilizzerai le tecniche per la trasformazione e lavorazione delle materie prime specifiche del reparto di inserimento; - Successivamente, con il passaggio al ruolo di Assistente, sarai coinvolto/a anche nell'analisi dei dati di vendita e nella supervisione degli ordini di acquisto specifici di reparto e dei flussi delle merci. Inoltre, affiancherai i Responsabili per la programmazione delle attività di reparto e l'organizzazione del personale (mansioni, orari e ferie).
