Per azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico selezioniamo: ADDETTO/A TORNIO CNC Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Inserito/a nel reparto Produzione, ti occuperai di far funzionare correttamente il macchinario dedicato alle lavorazioni di tornitura, impostando i parametri sulla base delle indicazioni di progettazione del pezzo e del disegno tecnico. Il ruolo prevede inoltre un contributo attivo alla formazione e crescita del team, garantendo un valore aggiunto per l'azienda. In particolare, ti occuperai di: Gestione autonoma della macchina assegnata; Attrezzaggio e regolazione dei parametri; Programmazione con linguaggio ad autoapprendimento Fagor; Formazione di nuovi operatori, orientandoli alle attività del reparto; Appoggio al capo reparto su tematiche tecniche; Proporre e implementare azioni correttive e di miglioramento; Selezionare e scegliere assieme al tecnico e al capo reparto nuove attrezzature (es. inserti e utensili); Studiare ed eseguire assieme al tecnico e al capo reparto l'ideazione di nuove attrezzature (es. maschere ed estrattori). Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo; Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico; Flessibilità e gestione ottimale del tempo, rispettando le scadenze assegnate; Dinamicità e capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team. Orario di lavoro: 7:30 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 16:30 (dal lunedì al venerdì) Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato. CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. Retribuzione prevista (RAL): compresa tra € 30.000 e € 35.000 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
