Noi di Gi Group, filiale di Cesena, cerchiamo per rinomata azienda cliente sita in centro a Cesena: ADDETTO/A BAR CAFFETTERIA Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? La risorsa sarà inserita in un contesto dinamico e orientato al cliente, occupandosi della gestione operativa del banco bar e del servizio, garantendo qualità, velocità e attenzione agli standard di igiene e sicurezza. - Preparazione di caffetteria (espresso, cappuccini e bevande calde) e bevande fredde, curando qualità e presentazione; - Accoglienza e servizio diretto al cliente, gestione delle ordinazioni e supporto nella scelta dei prodotti; - Gestione del banco gelateria: allestimento, rifornimento e controllo delle scorte di base; - Riordino e pulizia di postazione, attrezzature e area di lavoro nel rispetto delle norme HACCP; - Supporto alle attività quotidiane del punto vendita in base alle esigenze del turno (apertura/chiusura, sistemazione materiali). Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Ottima predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e orientamento al cliente; - Precisione, affidabilità e attenzione ai dettagli; - Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di gestire i picchi di affluenza; - Buone doti comunicative e spirito di squadra; - Preferibile esperienza maturata in ruolo analogo (bar/caffetteria/ristorazione/gelateria). Richiesta disponibilità su tutti i turni. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato, con possibilità di proroghe e successivo inserimento. CCNL applicato: Turismo Livello di inquadramento: commisurato all'esperienza Retribuzione (fascia): RAL € 21.500 - € 23.500 lordi annui, definita in base all'esperienza maturata nel ruolo.
